Refund Policy

1. Cloud Wallet Balance

Deposits made into your TrustHosting Cloud Wallet are generally non-refundable due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions. Please only deposit funds you intend to use for infrastructure services.

2. Service Credits

If a server deployment fails due to a technical error on our side (datacenter outage, provisioning bug), you will receive a full credit back to your Cloud Wallet balance automatically.

3. Exceptions

Refunds to original crypto wallets are only considered in extreme cases of prolonged service unavailability (over 24 hours of total downtime). In these cases, refunds will be issued minus the network transaction (mining) fees.

4. Termination

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (illegal activity, network attacks) are not eligible for refunds of any remaining wallet balance.
